• Try to take more protein in your diet. You will be satisfied faster.
• Add some flavor to your food.
• Stuff your refrigerator and kitchen with healthy food that is more on fruits and vegetables so that you could not eat junk food when you are hungry.

• Whenever you visit a restaurant or a cafĂ© prefer ordering salads over desserts.
